GofleeApp – School Management System

GofleeApp was developed to help schools manage their daily operations through a centralized, cloud-based platform tailored for the Kenyan education system. The client required a modern school management solution that supports the Competency-Based Education (CBE) curriculum while simplifying administrative, academic, and financial processes.

I designed and developed a comprehensive SaaS platform that enables schools to manage student admissions, student and staff records, class management, attendance, fee collection, examinations, report cards, and parent communication. The system also includes CBE-specific features such as competency assessment, learning area management, progress tracking, and customizable report generation. Role-based access ensures that administrators, teachers, accountants, parents, and students each have secure access to relevant information.

By digitizing school operations, GofleeApp reduces paperwork, improves data accuracy, enhances communication between schools and parents, and provides administrators with real-time insights for informed decision-making. Its scalable cloud architecture allows multiple schools to securely operate on a single platform while maintaining isolated data for each institution.
